Upon completion of your purchase you can choose one of the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery* - Pay in cash at the courier company employee during delivery. (Available only for Greece)
• Credit Card - VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Electron and Maestro always through the secure environment of Alpha Bank * (cards include debit and prepaid cards). 
• Bank Deposit*** - To make the payment by bank deposit, please select this payment method and we will provide you with the bank account numbers by email for the following banks: 
  • ALPHABANK
  • EUROBANK
  • NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE
• PayPal - You can use your PayPal account to pay for your order. Select this payment method and click on "Confirm payment". You will then be automatically taken to the PayPal website to make the payment.

Shipping

United Kingdom

Toys Town serves customers from all over the United Kingdom through DHL International, the cost up to 1 kg is € 11.16 € tax included. Cash on delivery is not offered, payments can be made by bank deposit through credit card or via PayPal.
Your orders are prepared with care within 1-3 business days (this time period is extended when there are reasons for force majeure).
In case your order cannot be executed due to force majeure (bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.), we will contact you in order to tell us if you wish to complete it.
You can also choose to receive your order free of charge from our physical store (Ermou 36, Athens - 2nd Floor) Monday - Friday 9: 00-17: 00.

Greece

Toys Town serves customers from all over Greece in cooperation with ACS Courier and DHL courier. Receipt deadline and shipping costs depend on the shipping method.

When completing your order you can choose between the two cooperating courier companies for home delivery.

ACS

All shipments of orders 35 € or more are sent free of charge in all cities of Greece and inaccessible areas, in collaboration with a company ACS Courier, free of charge for packages up to 2 kg.

For orders under 35 € there is a fixed charge of 2 € for any area of ​​Greece for packages up to 2 kg, and for each kilo above them there is a charge of 0.90 €.

Your orders are prepared with reverence within 1-3 working days *.

The period is extended when reasons of force majeure arise. Delivery time may be longer in periods of discounts and special offers.

* Orders during this period will be executed within 3-5 working days.

DHL

All shipments of orders 35 € and above are sent free of charge in all cities of Greece and inaccessible areas, in collaboration with DHL courier company.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the checkout.

For packages up to 1.5 kg the cost is € 6 while for packages over 1.5 kg the cost is € 10.

Your orders are prepared with reverence within 1-3 working days *, (this period is extended when reasons of force majeure arise).

Toys Town Premium Deivery

For orders within Attica, same day delivery is offered.

Orders submitted by 12:00 pm will be delivered on the same day to the stated address.

The cost of same day delivery is estimated at € 19.

Cyprus

Toys Town serves all of Cyprus through ACS Courier and DHL Worldwide Express, the cost up to 1 kg with ACS Courier is 4.9€ (~ + 1 euro per extra kilo) and with DHL starts from 11.38€ and it depends on the weight and the city, payments can be made by cash on delivery*, bank deposit, credit card or via PayPal.

*cash on delivery cost 2.50€ and its only available through ACS Courier.
