Cancellation of order before delivery (right of withdrawal before delivery):

The Customer has the right to cancel the order, ie to cancel the purchase transaction before receiving the purchased products. In this case, the Customer sends a cancellation statement to toystown.gr to the email address [email protected]. Toystown.gr will accept the cancellation and will return the price to the customer by crediting his credit card, only if the (purchased) product / (purchased) products have not been delivered to the courier company for delivery to the Customer. If they have already been given to the courier company, then the cancellation will be considered as a return of the products under the following conditions.

Return of Products after delivery (Right of withdrawal after delivery)

You have the right to return the products you buy and without having to tell us the reason why you want the products returned, within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive them.

In this case, only the direct cost of returning the products is borne by you. Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, in their original packaging and in excellent condition, together with the documents, the retail receipt / invoice and the packaging that came with the product.

The products if they meet the above criteria (status, receipts, etc.) are sent at your charge to our headquarters Armancon SA, 36 Ermou, PC. 10563, Athens. Once the quality check is done, the procedures for issuing the credit voucher or refund will proceed. Your refund will be made within three working days of receiving your products.

Note: in case of return you can get your money back or credit the corresponding amount and buy another product from our store.

Return of defective / erroneous product

All our products are meticulously inspected by our staff before shipment. However, in case you receive a product defective or different from the one you bought, please contact us within 2 days of receipt at [email protected] or call us at 210 3240 555 from Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17: 00, describing to us exactly the problem you identified.

In case the product is defective through our fault, you will send it to us with the Courier company you received (ACS or ELTA Courier) at our expense. Then the product will be replaced and sent to you again with all the costs of our company. In case the product is inspected and the defect is caused by misuse of the buyer, you will be refunded with your own shipping costs.
